Infrastructure
We
have created state-of-the-art infrastructure at prime location, which
assists us in serving customers in a quick and better manner. It
includes a sophisticated manufacturing unit, which is installed with 10
advanced machinery that assists in the efficient production of HDPE
Pipes, Rigid Pipe, PVC Pipe Fittings, etc. The machines are operated by
a team of experts having good expertise in the domain. They ensure
their upkeep so as to ensure efficient semi-automatic production
process.
Manufacturing Process of Rigid PVC Pipes
This
manufacturing process starts with the mixing of PVC resin with
additives. This is followed by the melt processing and film formation
using calendering equipment. The calendering process is briefed here.
Herein, the PVC mixture is first melted in the gap amidst two heated
metal cylinders. These cylinders are rotating in opposite directions
and ascertain the homogeneity as well as correct thickness of pipes.
We
are using imported Mixer from Neoplast, Germany for ensuring proper
mixing. Also, some of our machinery are imported from Kolsite (Batten
Field Make) from Germany.
